NY DHR Probable Cause Finding

Aprodu | Conley's representation of a client in an employment discrimination matter before the New York Division of Human Rights ("Division") resulted in the issuance of a probable cause finding.

Attorney Aprodu represented a client who was terminated after requesting reasonable accommodations. A detailed rebuttal arguing, among other things, the joint employer doctrine resulted in the Division issuing a finding of probable cause.

The case will continue to move through the Division's process and will be scheduled for a public hearing later this year, or early next year.
